MARBLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS :
60 gr butter
3/4 cups sugar
vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cups milk
11/2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS :
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, fold in milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Divide the mixture into 3 separate bowls :
- Leave one plain.
- Add a few drops of red food colouring to the second one.
- Add 2 tablespoons cocoa, pinch of bi-carbonate and 1 tablespoon milk to the third.
Drop into greased, lined micro-baking ring in alternate colours.
Lightly mix with metal skewer to blend colours.
Cook 6 minutes on high or 9 minutes medium.
